Other Amenities
The foundation is under way for our Amenities Center. This 8,000 square foot clubhouse will include a first class swimming complex as well as tennis and fitness facilities. The Clubhouse is being built by JT Turner Construction, Inc. and will be completed in the late summer of 2009. Additionally the developer is using its best efforts to obtain necessary approvals to construct a small boat marina on the Back River abutting the property. If the permits are obtained and the marina is constructed, it will include a community dock and common area where property owners can use their own small boats and kayaks.

The Golf
The Westin Resort Golf Club is home to the PGA TOUR's Champion Tour's Legends of Golf tournament, and is known for its impeccable grooming and management excellence by Troon.

Parks and Green Space
The Reserve will soon be noted for its beauty and lush landscaping to include several on-site parks and green spaces ideally suited for residents to relax and unwind. Among these will be the magnificent Susie King Taylor Park which will take its place among the best of Savannah's outstanding parks. The Mary Musgrove Park has just been completed. This is a lushly landscaped green space and will serve as a community meeting area.
